Gert Bruning, Founder and Principal of Technology Innovation Partners, LLC, is dedicated to winning Federal R&D grants and contracts for its clients. 

Gert Bruning has extensive experience in working with the DOD (DARPA, ESTCP,
CDMRP, DMRDP,...) , DOE (ARPA-E, SSL, BTO,....), DHHS (NIH, BARDA, CMS, HRSA, ...), NSF, NASA as well as other agencies and offices in the Federal Government. He also serves as a reviewer for  BTO of the Department of Energy's EERE office.

In the past, he built a successful funding pipeline from the ground up in excess of $38 M for a major global technology company. He has extensive experience in managing open innovation programs as well as in R&D portfolio management
with a focus on high value projects.

Technology Innovation Partners has also been successful in helping foreign owned companies win Federal R&D funding.
